Police are investigating the murder of Harold D. Bolick, 75. Investigators say his body was found by fishermen on Wednesday. He may be the victim of a carjacking... Has anyone heard anything on this case? This man is related to me, a cousin. Any sleuths have information, it will be much appreciated. Guess you're not safe any where, even small town America!

Despite the work of an agent with the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation, the resources of the TBI laboratory, the work of Dossett's seven-person force, an investigator with the local district attorney general's office and Gary Dossett's contributions, authorities haven't developed a suspect. "It's a dead end," Andy Dossett said...

On the day he was slain, Bolick drove his wife in their green 2000 Buick Regal to the Morristown mall. He left her about 10:30 a.m., promising to return sometime around lunch to retrieve her. Bolick drove to First Baptist Church Morristown where he did volunteer work. He left the church about 11:35 a.m., presumably to meet his wife...

Bolick didn't pick up hitchhikers, and there is no indication he stopped at any of the businesses that dot Highway 25E, Gary Dossett said... Authorities are befuddled how he even encountered his killer or killers. "It appears to be a robbery, but I don't know enough to say that," the chief said.
