I just read that... I applaud the owner for standing up and standing by his feelings on things... just hope OJ and company don't try to sue him.

Good for Mr. Ruby (the owner) - since OJ did not receive any sort of punishment for his actions, his only punishment will be facing people daily who look on him as the murderer he is, and are not afraid to tell him he is not welcome.

Simpson's attorney, Yale Galanter, said the incident was about race, and he intended to pursue the matter and possibly go after the restaurant's liquor license.

i sure hope they dont get some1 to buy this. i would hate to see this man punished for standing up for what he thinks is right.

I don't think the article specified, but it's called "Jack Ruby's at the Galt House." It's on the waterfront in Louisville and just opened this spring. He has several restaurants, some in Cincinnati and one at the Belterra Casino across the river in Indiana.
