A custody battle is brewing for the estate of DeAunta Farrow, the 12 year old boy shot and killed by West Memphis police last month.
Action News Five has obtained a copy of a petition, filed in Crittenden County Circuit Court on Monday, that states in plain terms that Robin Perkins, Farrow's father, should be administrator of Farrow's estate. The petition reads, "The nominee is qualified to be so appointed b/c of his relationship....father."
"At this point I see no reason why Mr. Perkins shouldn't be considered as an administrator," said Perkins' attorney, Don Trimble.
