By ALEXANDER MacINNES
PATERSON -- Two suspects who led police on an hour-long, high-speed chase from New Jersey to New York are being charged with attempted murder by two of the jurisdictions involved.
The Passaic County Sheriff's Department intends to charge Mark Harkins, 25, and James Jones, 28, both of Chester, N.Y., with attempted murder for allegedly choking and dragging a woman when they tried to flee sheriff's officers during an apparent drug transaction at 30th Street and 21st Avenue on Friday night, said Bill Maer, sheriff's department spokesman.
Police in Clarkstown, N.Y., will charge the pair with attempted murder, assault with the intent of physical injury to an officer and reckless endangerment for trying to ram a road block, said Sgt. Harry Baumann, spokesman for the Clarkstown police.

I hope that woman gives up her "delivery" job after this!
I like the Sheriff's attitude. "We will track you down..." Wow.
