Scientists create prosthesis for tailless dolphin

I thought of our dear Tybee and her love for dolphins when I saw the story.

I do wonder if this is almost cruel to the dolphin?

It is safe in an aquarium and the article makes it sound as though they are simply doing this to see if it can be done.... not to improve the dolphins quality of life??

Not sure how I feel about this yet.
