CA - Sean Aquitania, 21, & Sean Jr, 7 mos, murdered, Sacramento, 14 Sept 2007

"An eight-month-old boy shot and killed during a disturbing double murder Friday was executed while sitting in a carseat in his father's car, Sacramento County Sheriff's investigators said."

""For some unexplained reason, as the suspects were leaving, they reached into the vehicle where the baby was and summarily executed the baby, shooting him in the head," Curran said."

Sick slimeballs! Someone needs to find them and shoot them in the head!

    OMFG.....

I too wish someone would shoot them in the head. I would do it myself and have no problem with doing it. They need to be "executed" ASAP.

The people in the house need to be shot in the head, too. I can't get over their not speaking up and telling the police what happened to that poor little baby.

OMG what a beautiful little baby boy! What kind of disgusting creep could do this? Usually even the most hardened criminal will leave a baby/child alone. (i'm not talking about child pretator type of criminal) The people in the house are probably not talking out of fear of retaliation.

Maybe so... but if someone murdered my child, I'd be screaming all over the place if I knew anything. No one should get away with such a horrific crime. To execute a baby... they need to pay.

I hear ya! When it comes to my children I would be screaming all over the place also because if there is one thing I am not scared of it is giving my life for any one of my 3 children. On another note..maybe the people inside the apartment arent related to the baby? And your right to execute a baby...they are of the worst most despicable criminals out there and they must pay.

Actually, that is too good a death for someone this evil. Kneecaps would be a better choice. And the ones that won't talk need to be locked up until they do. This is horrible. I am wondering if it is that gang from central america (M3?). The one's that kill women & children at random just to show how bad they are. How bad does it have to get in those communities before the government steps in & takes back control of the streets.

How could someone do that?! They had already killed the father, why not just walk away then? What purpose did killing that beautiful baby serve?

Police have to deal with people not talking all the time when involved in executions from gangbangers. If you talk...they will kill your family. After such a brutal attack, it doesn't surprise me they aren't getting any help. However, someone in that house was specifically involved putting everyone else at risk.

It is horrific they could kill the baby without giving it a thought. This is their mentality. They have no conscience. I hope they find these worthless pieces of carp and hang them along with the rest of their gang. They need to be taken off the planet before they can hurt anyone else.

We're not far from where this happened. Our entire community is saddened and in shock.
From the local newspaper, The Sacramento Bee:

"After the shooting, the home's residents ran outside seeking help. One resident, a 21-year-old, cradled baby Sean and knocked on neighbors' doors, begging them to call 911. Another, a 24-year-old, went to a home about a mile away on Stevenson Avenue to get help, Curran said.

Detectives interviewed the two residents extensively, Wyant said.

"The cooperation is not as forthcoming as we'd believed it would be based on an (infant's) loss of life," Wyant said...."

Howdy neighbor! I'm in your fair city myself... in the south area to be exact. I cannot believe how horrible our city is turning when something like this can happen.

I read another article (can't remember which site now...) it stated family and friends are urging the others to cooperate to find out why this happened, but the friends he was visiting are being very closed mouth.
