I just don't understand how anyone could possibly live like this!!! Oh my gosh!

OMG! I cant imagine the stench. How can people live like this? They must have a mental illness of some sort.
 
I've been in homes where they have a couple of kitties who have peed all over the house, and that's bad enough.
 
There is more to this story. People don't let things get this out of hand unless they are mentally not right. Nasty!!!
