A Cambridge man indicted on charges in the death of 33-year-old Lisa Mitchell near Zanesville in November 2007 has been sentenced to five years in prison.

Rex A. Hale, 33, was sentenced by Muskingum County Common Pleas Court Judge Mark Fleegle Monday after entering a "guilty" plea to a charge of tampering with evidence in June...

Christopher Hale was sentenced to four years in prison after being convicted of hit-skip, a third-degree felony.
