-Drew Peterson was scheduled to work at 5 p.m. Oct. 28 but called in to take a personal or sick day, said Bolingbrook police Lt. Ken Teppel.

-about 7 p.m., Drew Peterson picked up his relative from a park and the two went to a local coffee shop.

-After a short time, Drew Peterson told the relative he had to go somewhere and left the man at the coffee shop with a cell phone, along with instructions that the relative should not answer if it should ring, the source said. The relative waited for some time, and the phone rang, showing the name "Stacy" on the caller ID, the source said.

-A brief time later, Drew Peterson returned to the coffee shop, the source said. Drew Peterson and the relative then drove to the Petersons' home on Pheasant Chase Court, the source said. Drew Peterson asked the relative to help him move something from the home into the Petersons' sport-utility vehicle, the source said.

-They left the home about 10 p.m., and Drew Peterson then dropped the relative off at his home, at which point the distraught man contacted a friend, saying words to the effect of, "I think I just helped Drew dispose of Stacy," the source said.

-Two days later, the relative was treated at Edward Hospital in Naperville after an apparent suicide attempt, sources said.

-Drew Peterson allegedly visited his relative at the hospital Oct. 30,
Nov. 7 The relative confirmed to a reporter that he had been interviewed by authorities regarding Stacy's disappearance.

Just when I think that I have seen the most depraved things a human can do to another human, somebody posts a new story...........

Why is it that when a custodial parent fails to provide for a child it is called neglect and is a criminal matter. But when a non custodial parent fails to provide it is called failure to support and is a civil matter?

Truckers were asked to move a container. Jamie Colby will talk about still another trucker who had the same experience tonight.

Supposedly he called off work at 2:30. I have no proof of that, but someone here might know. That's critical because he supposedly also said that his wife was missing and he had to watch the kids. So we know by 2:30 something has been done with Stacy. If this is all true.

I hope LE records their incoming calls. It would be very interesting if we could hear what he sounded like when he called in, and what words he used.

Please someone correct me if I'm wrong!!

A poster at Greta pointed this out. I had completely missed it.

Drew Peterson said he talked to Stacy's sister Sunday night after his wife told him she was leaving. About midnight, he heard from Bolingbrook police that his sister-in-law had reported Stacy missing.

Here is a link from Findstacy.com. It is the official family timeline. I don't want to copy and past the whole thing to avoid upsetting anyone.

1:30 p.m. Cassandra starts calling looking for Stacy
She calls the house and Chris (one of the kids) tells her Stacy went to Grampas house ... Cassandra makes calls and confirms that Stacy never went

1:30 p.m. Ric Mims talks to Sharon (neighbor) who confirms both cars were in the driveway until 1:30 p.m.

11:00 p.m. Cassandra goes to the house, and observes no cars in driveway gives Chris fundraising money and asks him if he's alone? He says yes and tells her Mom & Dad got into a fight and Dad's out looking for her.

11:26 p.m. Cassandra calls Drew -- he wants to know where her sister is ... she left me. He's been out running around looking for her. Claimed he was now home, which she know wasn't true since she just left there.

She immediate goes to Downers Grove PD who tell her to go back to Bolingbrook and files a report (around midnight)

2:30 a.m. approx -- Cassandra drives back by and sees both cars in the driveway. Bruce then calls Drew to inquire about both vehicles in driveway. Drew claims that he talked to Stacy around 9:00 p.m. and she was fine and went on a little vacation, he got the car from the airport.
The latest police report that leaked out states that ISP believes Stacy was dead by 10:59 AM. That would have precipitated D.P.'s call to Rick Mims at 11 AM to begin his cover-up.
