Brevard County Sheriff’s deputies have no leads in the case of missing man Nehemiah Thomas Jr. after multiple search efforts failed to turn up clues about the 23-year-old’s disappearance.

“We’ve checked numerous locations. There’s no reason to believe there’s foul play. There’s no evidence of that,” Brevard County Sheriff’s Sgt. Rocky Roblin said.

According to the sheriff’s office, Thomas, who is also known as “Junior,” has mental challenges and has been hospitalized in the past. He enjoys taking walks into wooded areas near his home. On Sunday, Nov. 18, he walked away from his home at 3734 W. Railroad Ave., and he hasn’t been seen since.

A news release issued by the sheriff’s office says Thomas has a tattoo of “NTS” on his upper right arm, a tattoo of “MOT” on his upper left arm and a tattoo of “Forever Saved” on his back.

If you have information about Thomas’ disappearance, please contact Agent Paolo Donisi of the West Precinct General Crimes Unit at 633-7162. You can also call Crimeline anonymously at 1-800-423-TIPS.

Strange twist: Missing woman's son disappeared 5 years ago

"Investigators said Minnie Thomas, 61, was last seen Thursday morning at her home in Rockledge, but when her husband arrived to pick her up for a doctor's appointment she was not there.

In a strange twist, WFTV learned that Thomas is the second person in her family to disappear.

Five years ago, Thomas' son vanished from his home north of Cocoa."
