NAPA-Police are investigating the apparent remains of a human skeleton found Friday afternoon near Napa Valley College, Napa police said.

Napa police are releasing Tuesday afternoon the facial reconstruction of a man whose remains were found last December along the edge of the Napa Valley College campus.

They said he was between 35 and 60, but this reconstruction makes him look at the older end of that range -- lots of wrinkles. If he really was only 35, it might be hard to recognize him.

Date of death pre-2005 but clothing found therefore post-2000 approx
DoB 1945 - 1975, most likely 1955-1965

I'll start the bidding with Ronald Todd McNutt - Napa would be the gateway to the Bay Area from the area of his disappearance and a good dumping ground, and the timeline and physical description match.

Case History
The victim was located at Napa Valley College by a hiker.
The near complete skeleton was discovered at the construction site of the college’s new entrance from Highway 221 and Magnolia Drive, near a former homeless encampment.
The victim had suffered blunt force trauma to his skull.
