This just cracked me up. This woman forged documents that she couldn't stand trial for forgery claiming that she needed surgical procedure for treatment of ovarian cancer.

A DuPage County grand jury indicted Johnson on the new felony charge after reviewing a document she presented to Judge Mark Dwyer just four days before she was to stand trial on charges of forgery, stating she was to undergo a surgical procedure for treatment of ovarian cancer and could not make the June 18 jury trial, according to court records.
The letter was signed by a nurse from Rush University Medical Center in Chicago. When DuPage County state's attorney's office investigators called to check on the authenticity of the letter, it was found to be a forgery, according to court documents.
