A port-a-potty falling off a flat-bed truck triggered an eight-vehicle, injury accident that tied up traffic this morning on Interstate 25 in Broomfield.
The chain-reaction crash began just before 7 a.m. near the Northwest Parkway.
"We had a truck northbound on I-25 and he lost his load of a port-a-potty," said Broomfield police Sgt. Heidi Walts.
The trucker tried to retrieve the wayward outhouse, but a car swerving to avoid it collided with a pickup. The truck rolled over onto a grassy median.
