Details of Disappearance
Richart was last seen in Ozark, Arkansas during the summer of 1999. She was reported missing from Fordyce, Arkansas. She never re-enrolled in school for the fall of that year and has never been heard from again. Richart is believed to have left her home around June 1, 1999 and traveled with an adult female relative to Rialto, California. She may have arrived there a week later, but this is unconfirmed. Few details are available in her case.
