(I couldn't find a thread here about her.)
Raleigh — Wake County Sheriff Donnie Harrison announced that overnight deputies arrested a Durham man in connection with the slaying of a North Carolina Central University student.
The body of Latrese Matral Curtis, 21, was found Wednesday morning along westbound Interstate 540.
At about 1:15 a.m. Saturday, Robert Lee Adams Reaves, 43, of 19 Birchcrest Court, was arrested and charged with first-degree murder. (more plus video at link)

I haven't heard a word about this case before now. I guess with all the other news coming out of NC with Maria's case it slipped by us.
Glad they got him tho!! Poor girl. She was only 21."WE SEEK FOR THE TRUTH. WE SEEK JUSTICE.
THE COURTS REQUIRE IT. THE VICTIMS CRY FOR IT
AND GOD DEMANDS IT!"

This guy was a repeat sexual offender; with prior sexual offenses in SC and NC it said in the article. Good thing they got him.

Jury selection is scheduled to begin Monday in the murder trial against former Durham Pentecostal Bishop Robert Reaves.
Reaves is accused of killing North Carolina Central University student Latrese Curtis.
Reaves has been in jail since a judge set his bond at $2 million almost a year ago.
Eyewitness News has also learned that Reaves had a prior criminal record that included an arrest on sex charges while he was the pastor of a church in South Carolina.

From October 2009:
A jury found a former pastor guilty Friday of the first-degree murder of North Carolina Central University student Latrese Curtis last year. He faces a sentence of life in prison.
Prosecutors argued during the nearly two-week trial that Robert Reaves killed Curtis in a jealous rage on Jan. 29, 2008, because he considered her an obstacle to his sexual advances toward his roommate, Steven Randolph, with whom Curtis had been having an affair.
