keep walking a few blocks and you will end up on the 1400 block of N. Virginia or darn close.
7.1400 block of N. Virginia looking north, it looks like the Dec. 16 apt. would be on the left(lots of house/apts. where I parked)
8. if this is not the parking garage from the Oct.22 incident, then it's gotta be pretty close. I am not familiar with this area but everything but the parking garage had an address, more or less
