I am currently looking through the TX DPS database trying to find potential matches. This one seems fairly easy to solve, with the clothing and the coin found. So far, I've found one possible match.

    Gregory Allen Lovell

Doesn't exactly look like the UID, but everything else matches up, plus he is missing from Tarrant County.

Here is another potential match. This one actually resembles the UID, and he is also missing from Ft. Worth. Surely LE would have checked this one out though, right?

UID is in Namus, no images, just one rule out, Carlo Pfaff.

    https://identifyus.org/cases/3222

Namus describes hair a brown, not sure why the State of Texas used blonde hair in the reconstruction.
