That's horrible Froggier. Hopefully the tattoo will help in identifying the man quickly.

3 men who are believed to have been driving the victims vehicle have been arrested. Not many details at this time. I didn't read the other articles yet, but if they don't mention it, this article states the victim was found nude and tied at both ankles and wrists.
    There is always HOPE!!!

I keep looking for the suspects names, but i have yet to locate them. Normally Galveston Daily News has no problems getting info like that. They just walk up to the desk sgts and are handed the booking reports for the night. Wonder why they are not releasing the names?

Read the first two articles. These people were involved in a burglary and id theft ring.

Whoa. I was figuring it was somebody that knew him. They have chicks in on that and everything. A band of them. I was wondering though they stole the victim's PT Cruiser. How did he get a vehicle if he was just released from prison? I guess he wasn't staying at the hotel, but had hooked up with the prostitute. Man probably had a place to stay. That's some vicious people they caught up with.

    From November 2009:

Parents of a man who was hogtied, beaten, choked and drowned gave their son's murderer a piece of their mind Friday after a judge sentenced him to 40 years in prison.

Alice Rodgers and Ferris Bell told the court their wishes for William Henry Perry, 50, in the April 12, 2008, slaying of Gary Wayne Bell... A jury convicted Perry of murder Oct. 27.
    From February 2010:

After admitting, only to an extent, his role in a torture slaying at a Texas City hotel, a man who pleaded guilty to murder learned his punishment Thursday.

Brian O'Neal Richardson, 28, was sentenced to 41 years in prison.
