A 15-year-old girl has been arrested for allegedly helping arrange the rape of one of her friends last week.

Officials believe the suspect lured her 16-year-old girlfriend to a ``party' Wednesday in a garage near Washington Park, where the victim was drugged and raped by a man in his 20s.

The man hadn't been arrested as of this morning.

The girl suspect was taken into custody at her residence at Walla Walla Farm Labor Homes about 5 p.m. Friday. She was booked into the Juvenile Justice Center on investigation of accomplice to second-degree rape.

Police believe the girl, the victim and two other teen-aged girlfriends decided to skip classes at Wa-Hi to attend the party. The girl who was arrested had told the other girls about the gathering, which was held in the garage at her boyfriend's residence.

Also at the location were the boyfriend and a man in his 20s. The girls - with the exception of the one arrested - were repeatedly offered milk by the man in his 20s. They declined. But the victim accepted a glass of water. The water tasted salty, and she became groggy, she later told police.

She then drank some beer and reclined on a mattress. The two males set another mattress on its side, blocking the victim from view.

Then the man in his 20s allegedly raped the woman, who was going in and out of consciousness and was incapacitated, police said.

All but one of the other girls tried to help when they heard the victim scream. The girl who later was arrested allegedly pushed the other girls back and told them to leave the victim alone, she was enjoying it.
