The news about airlines has been so negative lately that I'd like to share a positive experience. My husband is a frequent traveler, although he always flies coach. I only fly a few times a year. Recently, we made reservations (coach) for a pleasure trip to Orlando. Sun Country sent us a memo saying they had upgraded our reservation to first class at no extra charge! What a positive!
