Help!

I know it is just me because I've asked several members already. Everyone that's online here ... their lights appear unlit to me, including my own. I've shut down several times, logged out and back in, restarted and everytime I come back, everyone's lights are still unlit (blue).

Does anyone have any advice to fix this?

I hope you're just joking, taximom ...
Cuz I don't know where it is, if you're not.

LOL, Liz!

I've never heard of this problem before! Interesting. It doesn't appear to be anything in User CP. Maybe something isn't turned on for you at the admin level. A mod can probably help you figure this out.

Awww Poor Liz. That's gotta be frustrating as heck. PLEASE ask a mod!

It's happened to me quite a few times, but always only been my own light.
And IF/when I refreshed the page, it would usually come right back on.
Not this time though. :(

Great. You broke the Internet.

I'll look into it - odd...

Thanks, .
I think it must be me (my computer) since everyone else says everything's fine with lights.

No, philamena. Everyone says my light is on.
But it's out to me. And so is everyone else's.
To me, it looks like everyone on this thread is offline.

Can you see me now? Can you see me now?

I really hate to ask this, but you aren't color blind, are you?

No taximom. Not unless I just went coloredblind today.
I really think it's something with my computer.

(Gosh I started to post a countdown number here! lol!)

OK, what colors are in my siggy? The very first line.

Is that "There aren't enough days in the weekend" ???
From here it looks black but when I click on your name, it's in blue.

Oh I found your siggie (I have that option turned off)
It's lavender.

Crikey, you must not see my whole signature then. There's something above the lavender type. Maybe you need to check all those boxes and see if that makes the lights go on? Although when you first asked the question I tried unchecking one of the boxes (images?) to see if that was keeping the lights out. Maybe it's one of the other boxes. Hmmm.

I've got it figured out!

You aren't clapping loud enough!

Try clearing your browser's cache and cookies Liz. You'll have to sign into websleuths again after you restart your browser.

Lol @ Taxi & , how many websleuthers does it take to change a lightbulb?
1 to have a theory.
3 to dispute that theory.
1 to say that Canadians have better lightbulbs anyway.
At least 2 to point out that the Candian comment was off topic anyway.
1 to ask for a new lightbulb forum.
Then says 'Uh Doh I forgot to pay the electricity bill last month'.
