"Marine Private First Class Joshua Kendall Monnett has been bailed out of a Mexican jail by military officials and is back in the U.S. tonight.
The 24-year old Monnett was wounded in the eye earlier this week after Mexican authorities opened fire on him after they say he tried to avoid a roadblock on the main road heading out of Rosarito."

DA in Mexico is expected to file 6 charges ("including possession of an M16, a bulletproof vest and ammunition magazines) Thursday against Josh, which (according to the news clip) could get him 15 years in prison!
