  • Approximate Height and Weight:6'1"; 140 pounds, thin build.
  • Distinguishing Characteristics:Hair Black: Eyes Brown.Hair was styled with a short cut. Hyperpigmented scars on inside right arm near wrist, inside left arm near elbow and the back of right upper arm above elbow. Irregular scars noted on lower legs. Hyperpigmented scars noted on back.
  • Clothing: Gold button down shirt, T-shirt "Malcolm-x logo", Black corduroy pants, black belt, white socks, Black Addidas brand sweat pants, Gray/white boxer shorts, white/turquoise sneakers with brown splatter. Jewelry: White metal ring and necklace
  • Dentals: One or More Teeth Present.
  • DNA: Pending. Sample available - not yet submitted.
  • Fingerprints: Card in file. Negative search done in 11/2001. DFS retained photos of prints.

Case History
Cable employees working in the area of North 31st and East Franklin streets discovered the body. Body appears to have been transferred from scene of death. Found wrapped in plastic and a blanket.

He was wearing a ring on a necklace; the ring had an inscription in Arabic of a prayer to Muhammad. We are probably looking for a missing person who was Muslim.

Weird how some of the artist renderings are poor-quality scans of a newspaper article. I wonder if the original work was lost?

Paired with the Malcolm X shirt, probably a member of Nation of Islam.
 
I think he looks fairly similar to Anthony Eugene Davis. Height off by 2 inches, about 30 pounds heavier, and was last seen in Huntsville, AL on 01/10/1992. He certainly had connections he could've been murdered by, but in Virginia? Thought I'd suggest it anyway.
 
I do not know if there is a relationship here, but noting within only a few blocks of the 3100 block of E. Franklin (where body was recovered) there is a mosque that has been in existence since at least the mid-90s.
