Man raped her & then fell asleep in her bed

TAMPA ­— A 32-year-old man was arrested early Tuesday after the police say he barged into the home of an acquaintance and raped her — and then fell asleep.
Luis E. Ayala, a native of Puerto Rico whose last known address was 9825 Oaks St., did not make it very difficult for the authorities to catch him. They found him right in the woman's bed, where he had somehow passed out, said J.D. Callaway, a spokesman for the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office.
Six hours earlier, at around 10:30 p.m. Monday, Ayala showed up at the woman's home and pushed his way inside, according to a police affidavit. Once there, he punched the woman in the face and dragged her to her bedroom, where he sexually assaulted her over the course of several hours, police said.
After Ayala passed out, the woman fled to a neighbor's house to call 911. He was awakened and arrested at 4:30 a.m., Callaway said.
