FL - Fugitive Sex Offender
Today's "ankle monitoring don't work" example is Kareem Hack. The 29 year old Hack was scheduled to be in court this morning on his charges of seuxal battery and solicitation. You'd think that bracelet on his ankle he had to wear under house arrest might have deterred him from running away. Wrong.
Neighbors aren't a bit surprised the guy took off. Kareem's parents with whom he lived had no idea he was missing. He cut off the bracelet and fled. Photograph and more at link.

Oh God, i hope they catch him. He is a sick SOB who will likely try and reoffend since he knows they are looking for him anyway.
Aim to Maim.

They need to micro chip these bastards. If it is humane enough for our dogs/cats, then they can do it to them too

THis creep is originally from New York. He'd only been in Florida for about three years to attend University Of South Florida.
Great. He's got places to go hide.

Especially when reading from the above link that he had met the woman online, and in text messages allegedly offered to perform sex acts on her 3 yr old girl and 2 yr old boy in exchange for money. I hope they catch this scum before he tries to strike again.

A Little Annoying
His Defense Attorney wants off the case because he found it "a little annoying" his client didn't show up. O.K. then.
Not surprising is this isn't the first person in Hillsborough County that cut off his bracelet and took off. Vonelle Cook did and he was awaiting trial on luring teens to his home to make pornography. He was missing for two days.
At 10:20PM LE got wind that something was wrong concerning Kareem and his dandy tracking bracelet. They got to his home at 10:55PM and his dad didn't know he was missing. They had to bust down his bedroom door, but Kareem is long gone. This guy could be anywhere now.

They should microchip all sex offenders. That is the best way to catch them. ..and make sure they subq that chip deep enough so they don't try to dig them out, which i'm sure a lot of them would.
