Man dangles dog from moving car
Jackass Q. Brown was arrested for felony animal cruelty. Warning this is tough to read. Jackasses mughsot is even tougher to look at.
Witnesses saw a man dangling a dog while going 45 miles an hour from a car. The doggie is a 11/2 year old male bichon-yorkie. He was on a leash and at some point Jackass finally left go of the leash.
The owner of the dog Christina Monahan picked up her doggie Riley at the police station. She lives at the same addy as Brown. What kind of nasty creep does such a thing to an animal. There's way more at the link, and I can't even type it.

Oh that was just SO cruel.....the poor dog was bouncing off the pavement and everything. Seeing as he lived at the same address as the dog's owner...I have a feeling he did it to get at her. I'm surprised the dog was able to run off anywhere after he let go of the leash as the article says at one point, the dog went beneath the car. People should not be allowed to get away with doing sadistic crap like this.....Rest in Peace Baby P xx

Men like him are always just abusive in general so I bet he was abusive to her too but what's the betting that she will let him back in the home even after what he did. Ohhh I would wrap that leash around his neck if he did that to an animal of mineRest in Peace Baby P xx

Yeah, that was my first impression, too, that he did it to get back at her. Or to threaten her.
I'm so glad that dog was relatively OK! Poor little thing.Just thinkin' out loud....

When I first saw this here, I thought about what our nephew told us. When he was still in high school, his dad brought the new wife and her kids and picked him up for a trip to Arizona. The step sisters brought a dog and on one stop, the dog who was annoying him to death was still outside when he shut the door on the leash. They all screamed for him to stop, but he didn't. He said the dog died a horrible death and they ended up turning around and going back. Trip over.
I have a tendency to believe this as in searching his name in Missouri where almost all criminal and civil records are out there and free, he's been in trouble and actually served jail time for spousal abuse. He's a volitile individual and we've crossed swords before. He was physically abusive to his mother and to me as well.
This story made me sick. How can anyone be so cruel and spiteful. Kind of like the neglect case here that will be going to trial.

Thats awful BarnGoddess I dont like anyone who is abusive to animals as its a sure fact that they are abusive to humans too. How can you be deliberately cruel if you have a heart and a conscience....the people who do this stuff are frightening human beings for not having that.Rest in Peace Baby P xx

This man should be in prison for the rest of his life.....some special prison where they torture him every living day.
My eight year old cat was thrown out of a moving car in front of my apartment eight years ago when he was 6 months old. My neighbors saw it happen but didn't do anything but anyway, I found Everest on the front porch with burns all over his body and his leg broken in two places and eight years, two operations and several thousands dollars later he is the best friend I could have asked for. If I ever found out who did this to him I don't know.....I think I might end up in jail.
This country needs stricter penalties for animal cruelty. What this man did should be a felony charge. I hope to god his girlfriend doesn't take him back.'The greatness of a nation and its moral progress can be judged by the way its animals are treated'

Oh wow thats awful about your cat. I am glad he is ok. I will never understand that kind of mentality and the penalties for it should be harshRest in Peace Baby P xx
