Here is the Daily update:
- Casey is still in jail.
- Casey has hearing for "gag order" filed by her attorny, Its suppose to have taken place today at 1:30 as per here
- Casey refused to see her family today
- Christine brought our attention to new visitors as per here
- Frank was a no show to visit Casey
- Annie Downing was to see casey last nite.
- Patty G located Florida's sunshine law here
- Cindy is saying that casey is not allowed a bible, but is allowed tapes to help her laugh. Lalaw, has stated that they cannot dissallow her a bible unless she is on suicide watch still. their post is here
- It was later cleared up that Casey did nto refuse to see her parents, she was already being transported to her court appearance.
- There has been some talk of setting up searches some people from WS' have offered to go and hand out fliers, etc.
- Orlando police website dedicated to finding Caylee, located here
- Cindy flew off the handle on Fox news earlier this morning, because they were not aware that they would not be able to visit Casey before the hearing today.
- Fox's Meagan discussed the case earlier on fox, You can see the report here

- Diane and Blink are thinking that Casey wants a gag order to prevent the calls between her and Casey, as well as her and Lee fromm being released. You can see their posts here.
- Blink states that if the judge does grant the gag order, the media could possibly fight it.
- William waters that si suppose to visit Casey today is her ex boyfriend as reported here
- Fox had a detective on the phone for an interview and they are still saying that they have no reason to believe that Caylee is NOT alive. So they are still going on the assumtion that Caylee is alive.
- Some are speculatingh that LE is saying these things so that Caseey keeps talking and possibly hang herself.
- The anthony's shed was broken into, and gas and gas cans were stolen, about 50.00 worth of gas. This is now starting to hit the media circuts.
- SWAG mentioned he lived in Florida, and knows that if Casey tried to dump caylee into a swamp hoping that the body would be eaten. Alligators don't eat dead meat. You can read his post here
- According to Cindy, they are not paying for Casey's attorney. Casey retained him by the suggestion of fellow inmates. Posters still have the question "How is she paying him since she is unemployed"

- Jesse Grund was fired from LE due to Psych Issues. You can view the video here. Some posters are speculating that it was Casey that release this info to her attorny's as this would not be public info. The firing of an officer would not be public info, as to why they were fired.
- Cindy appeared on the Today show. You can view the video here
- Wendy Murphy from FOX said that Cindy should be locked up as well.
- SWAG was doing some research on how long it takes to get the DNA sample back. He came up that it would take 5-10 days for BASIC testing and up to 3 weeks for a "not so good" sample. Folicle tests take less then a week to complete.
- During her last convo with Lee, she was more concerned to know that "Lee was still with her" as Lee was not at the hearing. She wanted to make sure that Lee was still around and on her side, rather then know if any leads came in to help find her daughter (Caylee)
- On the today show on July 30th, this was the first time that they plugged the www.helpfindcaylee.com website. Seemed very strange to some posters.
- It has also been noted that whenever Casey has a phone call, she never mentions the search for Caylee. No "Have you found Caylee yet" She just hoes into details and tries to focus on her! Very good point made by Hailiejade here

- A friend of Georges has come forward. He praises George, and says that George is a family man. You can read the article here.
- Gigi, has confirmed that Cindy could walk free from Jail in 17 days, if the DA has not filed any additional charges. The article can be read here.

- CSI Van was at the Anthony's for 5 mins today. They focused on an area on the opposite side of the shed, and left carrying 2 bags with them
- The anthon'ys were at the police station when CSI was dispatched to their house.
- George Anthony escorted the CSI people to the house, and provided them with the "evidence" that they requested.
- Its been speculated that some of the items removed were; Caseys clothes, Caylee's car seat, soil samples, grabage
- George showed up in an unmarked police car.
- Speculation is that Geoge has hid something, or kept something from Cindy, and is now giving it to LE as evidence. George knows that you can't lie to FBI, so he may be jumping ship, and letting Cindy, and casey sink!
- Grandparents did show up at the benefit planned for Caylee today, in Daytona.
- Casey has closed off all visitors, and only specified that her family can visit her. She does not want friends to visit her.
- It has been specualated that the entire Anthony house is being processed as a crime scene.

- News confrence was held, nothing new, alot of it was speculated at kissing the anythony's butts. Saying that they are being very cooperative, and cooperating fully. The detective stated that at least 10 different times throughout the confrence. No new information, processing evidence that they took from the anthony's today, can't discuss anything abotu it. Casey is not being cooperative, and they beleive that she is holding the key to finding Caylee. The confrence was a waste, as faw as new information. People speculate that it was just a presser to make the anthony's come out in better light!

- A prayer vigil was held last night. Cindy told the public that they need to get off their @ss and start lloking for her grand-daughter. You can view the clip here

- A Fund raiser was held of Friday to aid in the search for Caylee. They raised a mere 850.00.

- District attorny has offered Casey a limited immunity, for her telling them what happened to Caylee. You can read the article here. Although it will prevent LE from using Casey's words against her to create a case, they could still use her words, and locate NEW evidence based on what she tells them, eventually leading to charges.
- Although Lee and George have talked about a "letter", Casey's attorny denys that such a letter exists.
- Media has come across the info about Jesus, Orbit who died last year. When they asked Cindy abotu him being the possible father, Cindy denied ever hearing the name. Apparently they are using DNA from Jesus, to see if he is in fact the father of Caylee. You can read the article here
- There was a 5:30 press confrence, more of "we can't comment" no new info gained out of it.
- They did state that if they catch anyone discussing the information pertaining to the CSI sear and Lab, that they will consider it as breaking the law. Some posters were speculating that that comment was directed at George and Cindy.
- The DA sent out a response to immunity. The LE, DA, AND Attorny General are all denying that they are even considering immunity. They said they are not entertaining the idea of immunity for anyone in the case. But this does not mean limited immunity cannot be give.
- LE, has also stated that the DNA si not back yet, but when it does come back it will NOT be shared with the public.
- The family is haveing a block party this weekend for Caylees Birthday. They are also hoping it can be turned into a welcome home party.
- George thinks that the smell in the car is now because of a cleaning agent and pizza
- Casey is now reporting to her Dad that Caylee will be home for her 3rd Birthday this weekend

- There was a 5:30 press confrence, more of "we can't comment" no new info gained out of it.
- They did state that if they catch anyone discussing the information pertaining to the CSI sear and Lab, that they will consider it as breaking the law. Some posters were speculating that that comment was directed at George and Cindy.
- The DA sent out a response to immunity. The LE, DA, AND Attorny General are all denying that they are even considering immunity. They said they are not entertaining the idea of immunity for anyone in the case. But this does not mean limited immunity cannot be give.
- LE, has also stated that the DNA si not back yet, but when it does come back it will NOT be shared with the public.
- The family is haveing a block party this weekend for Caylees Birthday. They are also hoping it can be turned into a welcome home party.
