Maybe it's just me, but I can't watch Sen. John Edwards and his wife Elizabeth without thinking of John and Patsy.

Well, apparently, I have good reason. This will kill you:

Who Is Rielle Hunter?

FOX NEWS
It’s less than six degrees of separation from one unsolved mystery to another, or from the JonBenet Ramsey murder case to the current reported scandal involving former presidential candidate John Edwards.

The saga took a strange turn last month when the ex-senator was reportedly found cowering in a bathroom at the Beverly Hilton Hotel in Beverly Hills, Calif., in the middle of the night, reportedly after visiting a former campaign worker who a supermarket tabloid says is the mother of his baby girl.

That woman — Rielle Hunter — knows about scandal. During her decade-long marriage, her father-in-law was the prosecutor in the celebrated Ramsey case in Boulder, Colo.

Well, that's the perfect capper to this story!

Somebody PLEASE shoot me now!

When I saw her name was "Hunter," there was something in my guts that doing somersaults. But I said, "naw, it couldn't be!"

OH...YES...IT...COULD!

If you folks will excuse me, I think I'll go and calm my nerves with a nice, quiet, relaxing game of Russian roulette.

SuperDave,
Nice find. Yup Siree, I told you so. The news hounds smell corruption and scandal! Note how the scandal is leaking and dripping out: what do an ex-senator and JonBenet have in common he he?

All answers on a postcard to John Ramsey, ex-CEO, and Senator wannabee.

re:Hunter
tried but failed to find and prosecute 6-year-old JonBenet’s killer.
Is that irony or sarcasm?

UKGuy, I cannot take the credit for this. The congrats go to our very good friend little.

Irony or sarcasm, it's sure not truth.

SuperDave,
Good for little, BTW the Sen. Edwards scandal made the news in the UK on Sky News, which shares resources with Fox News etc.

Speechless!!

OMGIH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

(I keep hearing the words to the song..."I've got friends in low places...." Ahhhhh...The IRONY of it all.....)

P.S.

I know I remember reading something about Colorado's own infamous Gary Hart, Mr."Monkey Business" scandal man himself, somehow being connected to the group of "influential people" also connected to the R's and their money... Maybe it's all about providing whatever is necessary to make "the big boys" happy! :waitasec:

Excellent find! It's amazing really, to think Edwards had a shot (however small) at the position of Commander in Chief, "it's not who ya know, it's who ya bl*w"....phone records?....what phone records????

[Quote-]"In a statement he provided to the Washington Post, attorney Robert Gordon said that Rielle Hunter is a private citizen and that she will not comment further on the media frenzy sparked Friday when Edwards publicly acknowledged the affair.
"She wishes to maintain her privacy" and the privacy of her child, Gordon said in the statement. "Furthermore, Rielle will not participate in DNA testing or any other invasion of her ... privacy now or in the future."
Gordon said Saturday that he would not immediately be releasing the statement to anyone else and will not be doing interviews about it."[end Quote]

Humm...Why don't some people with reasonable intelligence, just 'get it'?

In life, for every action there is an equal and opposite reaction...

It is a very simple theory which always holds true.

Ha...... Geraldo just told the JonBenet connection to Edward's mistress, Alex Hunter Jr's ex-wife and said... "Six Degrees of Separation"!

Oh what a tangled web...
