Now they're saying it's an itzcuintli dog in the video. That's an ugly animal, but it does seem to run like a dog.
Darn it, I was hoping it was El Chupacabra, and that Mulder would come investigate. Loves me some Mulder.

Here is photo I took in Zihuatanejo. Take a look at the dog on the left. His tail been docked but it is the same type of dog.
