These two cases happened in San Diego. 19month old missing from his bed, massive search before mother confesses to dosing him with too much cold medication and then dumping his body in a dumpster several miles from home.

Case # two, parents gave adult cold meds to their infant to make him sleep, killing him. http://www.signonsandiego.com/news/metro/20080725-1820-bn24couple.html

Good police work brought both these cases to a conclusion. Without a confession from the mother in the first case, it is doubtful that the missing child's body would have been found.
Maybe it is time for the Orlando LE to offer Casey a plea bargain and see what comes up.

I don't think there's a rush to do something like that since the GPs are still convinced Caylee has been kidnapped & is alive & Casey sure has NO interest in anyone finding Caylee.

There is no way of knowing if these deaths were truely accidental. They may have claimed innocence until the evidence mounted and figured owning up to that was the best option.

Casey will probably take the same route if Caylee is ever found dead.
