A cat that spent 19 days in a plane's hold is due to be reunited with his owners.
Billy was put on a US Airways plane from Phoenix, Arizona to Philadelphia on March 29 and was due for a connecting flight to Germany.
However, he's said to have escaped from his cage and didn't make it onto the same flight as owners Guenther and Ingrid Koelbl.
