I would just like to go on the record here and say that I'm really tired of people complaining that Caylee is being ignored. For me it is a given that anyone with a heart has already been completely emotionally wrenched by this situation - the missing innocent child. But Caylee is no longer the focus to most people because it really seems that she is dead. Being an atheist I am not praying for anybody, but it's nice to hear that people are doing that. I have to echo what many others have said and say please surprise the heck out of me and let little Caylee show up alive. But what I know about the case as a layperson/onlooker is really preventing me from having much hope at all that this will occur. Hope I stated this properly and I sure don't mean to offend anyone. All I'm trying to say is Caylee is the victim - we know that - so let's move on and figure out the guilty one(s). If she's truly missing, this is what will help find her in the most expedient manner.

O.K. - big leap here, but I found it hilarious that BH LP didn't even know Casey's name the other night. First he called her a name I can't even remember and then "corrected" himself to "Stacey". Nice. This was either on NG or Greta, my head is spinning.

We all learned in the Lacy Peterson case that miracles do happen. Have a little faith that something is coming around the bend and this innocent child will not be a silent witness anymore. My hope is there. Caylee will be found and she will be screaming for justice.

My answer is anywhere and everywhere instead of nowhere.

Agreed, I do maintain hope, it drives me actually, I just feel I need to work on the fact that I may need to accept she may never be found.
As you know where I think she is, chances are not good.

Picture this.......

Casey is released after her hearing on Thursday, between 3 and 4 pm.

Goes home with her GPS ankle transmitter and her female escort.

Once she gets home.... the "secret" voice transmitter (in the bracelet) begins sending her every word to the eager monitors.

Hope springs eternal, I guess. I doubt she will ever be found. She's in the arms of the angels, walking in fields of gold.
 
Hello Everyone!

:)

I had finally gotten caught up with the many, many threads; rushing my son to get ready for drumline/bandcamp…..then run into an 11x18 piece of glass from a picture I was matting. Say “Oh S**t!” not because of the blood all over the house, not because of the blood all over the car, but because I know that going to get it stitched up will cause me to get behind on posts again. LOL

The cutie doctor sewed me up quickly, I rush home and am 25 pages behind again…..ugh!:mad:

::evoking sympathy incase these questions have been asked/answered::

1. Where is Caylee’s car seat? Why this bothers me, I don‘t know. If you have the intention to pick up your child @ 5 pm, like Casey has said, why would the make believe nanny have it?

2. After watching video of the bond hearing, how could Cindy not know that Casey didn’t have a job…..who provided health insurance on Caylee?

3. How could George remember to a “T” what Casey and Caylee were wearing on June 16th? How many men can remember what their daughter wore? I can’t even remember what I wore yesterday.

4. What does IIRC stand for?

New theory in the bond hold up, the Padilla's are just customers to the guy in Tampa for it to be legit, therefore they have to pay him 50k and provide 450k in collateral. Very different than holding all the cards. Also his insurance company may not like the deal at all, since the family nor the bondee has any skin in the game.

I like to think that LE will be listening if Casey is ever released, BUT, surely her attorney has advised her this is a possibility? Will the Anthony family be reduced to writing notes to each other? I just dont see her talking, even if she is released. Silence has been her friend so far, why talk now?
 
((((Blink))))) It is hard to think positive when the negative is the answer, isn't it? I just have to keep telling myself that Caylee is going to surface...in spite of the worst case scenario.

possibly has a ford focus (no description nor license number)
left at an apt that was empty since february
last seen june 9th, no wait make that june 15th, no make that june 16th...oh who knows when sometime before now. (if this was done the day the 911 call was made)

EXACTLY.. again all things they all already knew going in- LP has 30 years in the biz... I truly think the PadillaPack got duped here..

Dang it - I lost my post cause the thread closed! Here we go again:

I think that LE have the preliminary tests back and they know what kind of case they are looking at - for now it's a missing child case. However, they said that the prelims aren't admissable in court so they can't bank on using this as evidence to move forward with additional charges. Until the actual forensics tests are received, I don't think we'll see additional charges. JMHO

I hope and pray that LE has more information than what some think they do (not pointing fingers at anyone in particular). I think they are gathering the needed evidence and are playing this close to their vest - as they should - so as to not have any holes to fill in later. The last thing a Prosecutor wants to do is lose this case (if there ever is one) because of sloppy investigating.

I would love to be on the inside of this too. The suspense is killing me. My husband tells me that I'm nosey, but I tell him I'm just very curious. :crazy:

Geez, slow down. IIRC stands for If I remember Correctly.

The rest puzzles me as much as you. Casey was getting money from somewhere. I still think she was a hooker.
