please, everyone call the judge's office (602-372-3081) and express your dissatisfaction with his sentencing. You can also call the Maricopa County Attorney's office at 602-506-3411 and ask them what can be done to remove this judge from the bench. That's not punishment... that is not even a slap on the wrist. That is just... CRAZY!!!! She purposely murdered her child... slowly and deliberately... and she still gets to walk free? it doesn't make sense, at all.
 
If the size of her face is any indication of her body size, it doesn't look like she denied herself any food. Why did she deny nourishment to her child?

There is just all kinds of wrong with this case. Child Protective Services went to the house FIVE times because of concerns about neglect? WTF?? Could those case workers not see this child being starved to death? Even animals don't treat each like these type of criminals. People like this woman have no soul whatsoever. Poor little girl - can you imagine never, ever, having been loved by anyone - ever?? :furious::furious:
 
Unbelievable! How can this happen? The system is so messed up. It doesn't work for victims...just the criminals. How sick it that?! I will be calling and writing, but I doubt it's going to help this poor child.:(

This is a perfect example of how our justice system is horribly broken. As long as this happens defenseless children will never receive the true justice they deserve.

I am so sick and tired of seeing these "mothers":rolleyes: either get off scott free or with very little time.

When are these judges and these jurors ever going to realize what Justice for ALL really means?:furious::furious:

The mother worked a plea deal. It seems any snake and scoundrel can circumvent responsibility if they can work a plea. I wonder how many future victims would be saved from harm, if we actually prosecuted some of the scumbags. And it looks like CPS dropped the ball as well. Five visits and they didn't remove the child.

This woman was married and had two other children who were all present when this baby was being starved. Does she get to go home to her family? Can she have more children? There is so much broken here it is sickening.
 
I don't understand how this could happen! :( It makes me sick to think that there will be no justice for this little one! How does the system work for some but not for a little innocent child? Words fail me. I'm ticked off!
