I just found this article about the released jail calls - apparently calls go through two reviews before release, and it is very expensive to release them:

http://www.floridatoday.com/apps/pbcs.dll/article?AID=/20080908/NEWS01/809080321/1006/NEWS01

'Public-record requests for phone calls in Brevard would require a monitor at the jail to listen to the audio and to eliminate any attorney or medical call, which would be exempt from release. That costs $17.21 an hour.

Then, for open cases, a sheriff's office agent would listen to the calls for information related to the investigation for an additional $25 an hour, DeMorat said.

That brings the total research fee to $42.21 per hour.'

Casey Meets With Case Worker ...
George Anthony To Face Charges?
..."If you feel someone is trespassing on your property and you call law enforcement, law enforcement has to be present when you ask these people to leave. Then they can be arrested for trespassing after warning," said Carlos Padilla from the Orange County Sheriff’s Office.

Meanwhile, Padilla said the sidewalk in front of the Anthony home is fair game, as long as protestors don't get in the way of pedestrian traffic.

But, in order to have a formal protest, you have to have a permit.

Oh this is great. Reporters are interviewing "Lorraine" on noon local Orlando news.

Apparently, she picked up the Anthony household trash, which George put out at the curb for weekly pick up, and she is now going through their trash on a quest for clues.

I'll see if they have the story up yet.

I've got FOX (national) news on tv. They just said new information in the KC case coming up.
Of course, that may be an hour from now, that's FOX you know!
But thought I'd let you know in case you can watch too.

eta- This info is something regarding Cindy going to therapist...

Just a heads up .

CNN national news indicates that the attorney of George and Cindy is going to be on the NG show. That's all.

Leonard Padilla did say that he does not believe Casey was ever at the house the night of the 15th or morning of the 16th. He said you can check Casey's phone records she was on the phone with Tony.

He thinks Casey took Caylee on the 15th after a fight with George and Cindy.

I remember Tony's roommate telling Greta that Casey ended up at Tony's the night of the 15th

Wesh 2 Orlando---

Casey spent 4 hours with Atty today. Shown arriving and leaving, chauffeured by Lee. Yeah, she did the tied shirt thing and the white sunglasses.

Intro info to Lorraine the trash lady.

NB:

Wesh 2 announces that on their 6pm segment, they will be doing an investigation into where all the cash for lawyers, etc, is coming from.

No new stuff on website since earlier today, but link anyway:http://www.wesh.com/index.html

Is Casey Anthony Leaving Home Because It's Bugged?

http://www.wftv.com/news/17431720/detail.html

-- Who's listening to Casey Anthony? Has her house been bugged? She spent six hours meeting with her attorney Tuesday and it's leaving some to wonder if she's afraid to speak inside her own home.
Eyewitness News covers criminal cases every day, but never before has a lawyer and a client met so often and for so long.
Casey Anthony spent five hours at her attorney's office Tuesday and Monday and plans to every day this week. That's a lot of billable hours for her attorney if they're working on the case the whole time.

The amount of time begs the question: Does Casey not feel comfortable being at home for some reason? The jail says Casey Anthony has every right to work on her case with her attorney and her house arrest cannot interfere with that, but several hours every day for a child neglect case?

When Casey left jail the first time, her attorney told Eyewitness News she doesn't feel comfortable speaking freely at the jail, even though she meets with him in total privacy there, suggesting the jail could be bugged.

But what about the Anthony's house? Are they worried it's bugged? Could it be?

Law enforcement experts told Eyewitness News that investigators would have a tough time convincing a state or federal judge to allow them to do it. Casey is a "person of interest" in daughter Caylee's disappearance, but the law says investigators would have to show that Casey is revealing real evidence about the case at home and the only way for them to get it is to secretly record her. But investigators say all she's done is lie to her family and friends.

Investigators apparently will have to find some other way to explain why, two days after Caylee disappeared, Casey traveled to an area near UCF where there are woods and water, and to similar areas by the airport and Jay Blanchard Park, out of the way places for her considering her routine.

Investigators will also have to find some other way to find out why Casey had a dinnerware knife in the car that she abandoned, the car where investigators now say they believe Caylee's body had been.

Casey Anthony Offered More Than $1M To Tell Story
George Anthony May Avoid Charges For Protester Scuffle

POSTED: 5:27 pm EDT September 9, 2008
UPDATED: 6:47 pm EDT September 9, 2008

ORLANDO, Fla. -- WESH 2 has learned about offers of more than $1 million for Casey Anthony to tell her story.

A defense fund is also in the process of being established for her.

A spokesman for Jose Baez said offers have come in as high as $1.5 million for book rights, movie rights, TV deals, even a pay-per-view offer.

George Anthony May Avoid Charges For Protester Scuffle

George and Cindy Anthony’s lawyer researched the area in front of the home between the sidewalk and the street at the end of the driveway to determine what is public property and what is private property that George Anthony can lay claim to.

His lawyer said he is confident that George Anthony will not face any type of charges as a result of the incident.

The State Attorney's Office said that because the incident was a non-arrest case, it won't be as high-profile, so it will head to the bottom of the stack and could be weeks or even months before they make a decision about whether he will be formally charged. He may face some type of summons, but not be arrested.
