WV - Man Charged With Battery On An Officer For Passing Gas
A man arrested for driving under the influence in West Virginia got himself into a lot more trouble later at the police station.
Jose Cruz was pulled over Monday night on Route 60 in South Charleston for driving with his headlights off. He was subsequently arrested after failing a series of sobriety tests, according to WSAZ TV in Charleston.

You know how many people purposely p*s*, deficate and stick their fingers down their throat to puke after being arrested? Especially in patrol cars?
This guy could have killed someone. Well, with his vehicle I mean!

our stinky perp claims he ASKED to use the restroom and was denied...I see, the officer brought all of this on himself. And for the record, the perp claims not to have made any motions fanning his gas towards the officer....
For the record I am still crying-laughing about this one....

Oh, I'm laughing, too. But I bet it isn't funny to Jose'. It's not like he deliberately smeared his bodily fluids on the cop or puked on him or anything. It can be hard to control your "intestinal urges" sometimes. Even IF he did it on purpose, gas is naught but gas. It's stinky, but I don't think it rises to the level of assault.
I wish cops would hold their behavior to a higher level than this ridiculous reaction.
