I'm confused. Who is saying this?

N/M I think I understand this is the tow yard owner.

I knew LE had the garbage bag. I think it was in the original 400 pg dump.
 
The tow Manager heard about the case and went to get the trash from Caseys car the next day but it was gone - she called LE and they said that they got that night!

This was buried int he first doc dump for evidence collected fromt he tow yard. It was on a list.

I must have missed it in the 6000 pages - I just remember that she THREW it away nothing about LE getting it that night.
