Mother & Son going to War together

Very sweet, she is more worried about her husband taking care of kids and grandkids at home then she is of her and her son who are deploying!! :)
 
Sorry, but I can't force a smile about ANYONE going to war. Wish no one had to...
 
But it also made me think if they sent more mama's over there the war would be over sooner and less bullets used :)

Whenever I meet a man or woman in uniform or even over hear someone not in uniform but is talking about being "over there" they always get a hug and a big Thank You from me .

I met one soldier whose eyes welt up with tears when I did that and said "We wish more folks would do what you just did."

What could I say ? I just hugged him again and told him " They are out there darlin' even if they don't say it, it's in their hearts. :blowkiss:
