The family of missing 3-year-old Caylee Anthony held a vigil Sunday night, but for the first time it didn't happen outside the family's Orange County home.
Family and friends have gathered almost every week since the toddler vanished, but last week they agreed to move the vigil, after neighbors appeared before the Orange County commission looking for help.
Veteran Investigator: Casey Anthony 'One Of Toughest He's Ever Come In Contact With'
Sheriff: New Evidence Coming
A veteran investigator in the case of missing Caylee Anthony describes the child's mother as one of the toughest individuals he's ever run into, according to Orange County Sheriff Kevin Beary.
Casey Anthony wants to be allowed to travel to assist in the search for her missing 3-year-old daughter Caylee, according to defense motions released on Monday.
The motion, one of eight filed in Orange County Circuit Court, also asks that the time and date of the travel be kept secret from the public.
It has just been reported by WESH.com that Jose Baez has filed a motion to allow KC to travel in order to search for Caylee. A hearing is scheduled for Fri. 10/10/08 at which time 8 motions will be heard. www.wesh.com/tu/5Bn2M2311.html.
