I'm just getting this thread ready for tonight. It will remain locked until close to Nancy's showtime.

talking to LP about JB....sticking up for him about KC being at his office 6 hrs a day

LP says JB has a good family and has made a mistake on not useing good judgement
 
LP says Jose has a great family.....

Jose broke Jailhouse rules by hugging his client - It's against the rules because he could be passing contraband to her...
 
KC didn't want to be home with CA..kinda don't blame her on that one. Yes JB knows the rules..I'm sure it's 101 in college courses!

at the first part of the show....they mentioned that someone from FL had called the state bar and reported JB on what they found out on the news about the touching and hugging stuff and they are doing an investagation....:eek:
 
I remember reading here on w/s that someone was going to do that!
 
Ok. then someone please tell me if Casey was a "'guy' would Jose be hugging him? Someone call NG and ask Lenny lol

LP says he doesn't think there is anything to the "hugging"

LP says despite his differences with Jose he respects him & he has a great family

I think they also said A complaint was filed with the FLA BAR against Jose because of the Hugging incidents

Jose says...."I Hug all my clients & I didn't know it was against the rules"
 
If they've started with NG babies and she's not even there...They have nothing to say tonight but rehash for sure.

Okay...I'll say it!!! Those were really cute baby pictures!! LP says innocent error in judgement. Psychologist says that lawyer not knowing the rules is a little questionable.
