State Office of Victim Assistance
In the interest of justice to all victims of crime whose injuries, pain, suffering and loss warrant our intervention and support, the State Office of Victim Assistance will:
PROMOTE collaboration at all levels, in order to restore justice to eligible crime victims who are in need of advocacy and financial assistance.

South Carolina Children's Advocacy Centers
The South Carolina Network of Children's Advocacy Centers, SCNCAC, is a membership organization dedicated to helping local communities respond to allegations of child abuse in ways that are effective and efficient – and put the needs of child victims first. The South Carolina Network of Children's Advocacy Centers provides training, support, technical assistance and leadership on a statewide level to local children’s and child advocacy centers and communities throughout South Carolina responding to reports of child abuse and neglect.

South Carolina Law Enforcement Victim Advocate Assoc.
The South Carolina Law Enforcement Victim Advocate Association (LEVA) was established in 1990. LEVA provides a means for victim advocates to gain networking opportunities, training resources, and a forum to discuss common issues and concerns. It also provides a voice for legislative issues pertaining to victims rights. The Association meets bi-monthly in Columbia with an agenda that includes a regular one- hour training segment in victim related issues. Membership includes voting members who are Law Enforcement Victim Advocates and non-voting members who represent non-law enforcement victim service agencies.

South Carolina Crime Victims Council
The South Carolina Crime Victims’ Council (SCCVC) serves as the chief nonprofit organization in South Carolina advocating the development of crime victims' rights and services. SCCVC has an extensive dedicated Board of Directors made up of crime victims from every walk of life who serve as role models, knowledgeable mentors and understanding resources for others. SCCVC maintains this interactive web-site, four public policy committees, an extensive Board of Advisors for the Standards & Certification Project, and a full time public policy presence at the SC General Assembly.
