So far, Circuit Court Judge Stan Strickland has heard arguments from prosecutors and defense attorneys regarding a gag order requested by the state. Defense attorney Jose Baez argued against the gag order along with lawyers representing the Orlando Sentinel and two local news stations. Baez had subpoenaed several reporters to testify, but none had to speak.

Assistant State Attorney Jeff Ashton said statements made to the media by defense attorney Jose Baez on the investigation and impending murder trial of his client, "creates an atmosphere where potential jurors are invited to make a decision" on the guilt or innocence of Casey Anthony. Tuesday was not a good day for Cindy Anthony. She was in tears Tuesday at a news conference. Then WFTV-Channel 9 raised doubts about her credibility in a Kathi Belich report.
Does that mean Cindy will keep a low profile on Wednesday? Not at all. She and husband George Anthony will be on "Today" in the 7 a.m. hour.
