Lee states in his 7/29/08 police interview :
I even offered to have my roommate, a good friend of
mine and a good friend of ours, go to verify that she's okay. And my sister
maintained that you know, "Mom won't allow it to happen."

Is he referring to Mallory?
 
No. I think his name is Brian. I have no idea where I read that but that's what I remember...

Hmmm... then Brian would probably know if Casey had been at the house or not, unless he also works for the same company and they travel at the same times? or Brian has a job where he also travels and is gone for periods of time? Interesting because I always assumed it was Mallory as well...can you recall where you heard that Pink?
 
IIRC, Lee stated on an email, facebook, or MySpace to someone (Casey?) that he had to go back to an apartment they were moving out of because he was missing some things. He crawled in a window to get back in. He said he had forgotten to pack up some things in a couple of kitchen cabinets or something. I think that he went back over around midnight.
Wonder why he had to crawl in a window?
 
Maybe he had already turned in his key (and was lucky that the window was unlocked)?
 
I wonder more at what he needed to retrieve at midnight, committing breaking and entering, that couldn't wait for the light of day and a friendly phone call to the apt. manager to say "hey, we forgot a few things in the kitchen. Mind we come over at *advertiser censored* time to pick it all up?"

That strikes me as odd too. I have never left anything at an old apartment so important that I felt compelled to sneak back at midnight, commit an unlawful entry and risk arrest as well as injury to retrieve that item.

This makes a LOUD AND CLEAR statement about LA's character. I wonder what he left behind that caused him to take such a risk. Do you have any knowledge of when this correspondence took place? Where was the apt. etc. You have me curious now and am anxious for more details.:confused: Good info, LaLaw!:) Thanks

Wow! That song could be written about Casey. Jeez! I wonder if he is playing it for her. ???

EDT: Actually, I see that video is from 2007, but the song could so be about Casey. Weird.

It figures his favorite song is from a band called DISTURBED!!! I like all types of music, from top 10 to blues to rap...you name it. I even like quite a bit of Enimen's work. BUT THIS?!? It has no redeeming value whatsoever, not even the beat, but I suppose the words hit home with the lying family that he has.

Well my first thoughts were the same as yours!

Not only that, but the music he listens to is shocking.

What normal minded person enjoys listening to those words?

Let's not read too much into the music, I am (kinda) normal minded and I listen to things much worse than what has been posted here.
