I found a really great site and I wanted to share with everyone. I did ask Tricia and she said to post it here, so here it is.
It's www.blueservo.net. They have live feed cameras mounted and broadcasting 24 hours a day from the Mexico-US(Texas) border. A lot of the areas that are prime border crossing and high drug areas have very small police forces and even smaller budgets, so they mounted these cameras so these small departments can have help from around the country.
You register and from then on, you sign on with your e-mail address. SImply click on the camera you want to watch and there will be a caption telling you what you are watching and what to look out for. If you see something suspicious, you simply click the Report Activity button and then tell them what you saw and when. I think this is a great resource and thought other people might be interested too.

LOL JBean I was thinking the same thing.In fact I'm surprized he hasn't posted here,because not long ago it almost appeared (to me anyway) that you and Buzz would trail each other with your posts...not so much anymore though.

I wish Buzz would drag himself away from the political forum,and join us sometime.:rolleyes:
 
I have been aware of these camera sites for some time. Somehow, I can't bring myself to sit and watch, and wait, and wait. However, kudos to anyone who is willing to watch, and wait. They have had some success at spotting groups of illegals. There are a few select Minutemen, who actually spend night and day, in "hides" where they can watch known routes of illegals, and smugglers, and they have aided in the apprehension of over 1,000 illegals over time.

The fences that are being built are showing success in reducing thee number of illegals attempting to cross in those areas.

In example:

The Yuma Sector now has a total of 94 miles of fencing. The difference is apparent.

It is a bit like watching paint dry, but I'm sure it would be interesting early in the morning when it is dark there.

I still like looking at all of it.
 
I usually leave it running in another window, so when I hit a slow website or something, I can just click over to it.
