Search for Caylee turns to prosecution::

"The prosecution is going to have a great deal of circumstantial evidence, and this is a physical evidence case," Kobilinsky said. "This is not a question about credibility, although obviously a jury looks at credibility and contradictions, but the physical evidence will either include her or exclude Casey. It's an uphill battle for the defense."

Meanwhile, Casey's attorney is seeking a change of venue, citing that his client will not be able to receive a fair trial in Orlando. He arrived at the home of Casey's parents Friday evening, but the details of his visit were unknown.
Baez also expressed his anger over not being able to be the first person to tell Casey about her daughter's remains.

Conway says the family is aware that some are profiteering off of the search for Caylee. He says the family may take legal action.

Conway said OCSO removed shoes, clothes and other items from the Anthony home during the search on Saturday.

3:30 p.m.
Family has not decided when and where the memorial for Caylee will be, but it will be a private memorial.

The Anthony family has decided to donate toys that have been accumulating at a makeshift memorial for Caylee Marie Anthony to the Orlando Union Rescue Mission to help children in need.

The Anthonys' attorney, Brad Conway, made the announcement at a news conference Sunday afternoon alongside the memorial of balloons, notes, pictures and hundreds of stuffed animals that has been building near the crime scene.

The toys will be donated to homeless children at the Orlando Union Rescue Mission.

Also, a deposition involving George and Cindy Anthony scheduled for Monday in relation to a lawsuit filed by ZG, a woman who shares the name with the baby sitter whom Casey Anthony claims she left Caylee with before she disappeared, has been canceled out of respect for the grandparents.

It's not known when the deposition will take place.
