Items taken from home belonged to Casey and Caylee -Depositions scheduled today have been canceled.

Depositions scheduled today in the ZG lawsuit have been canceled. Conway asked ZG’s attorney, John Morgan, to reschedule in light of Friday’s news and the request was accepted.

Changed the title of this thread to "Today's Current News" and this title is the title to use daily.

The only things posted in this thread should be the "News Of The Day", not old news from previous days or updates to old news as it is getting so confusing and time-consuming.

Casey's Closet and Caylee's Room Searched


WFTV has learned crime scene investigators stripped Caylee Anthony's room and then raided Casey Anthony's closet during a recent search of the home.

Crime scene investigators have confiscated boxes of items from the Anthony home two times in the past week.

What do you make of that?

Conway said a trust fund will be established to pay for the funeral, and the family will seek donations from the public, Nguyen reported. The average cost for a funeral is $6,000, she added.

Authorities said that Casey Anthony would not be eligible to attend either a funeral or a viewing of the remains under Orange County Corrections Department Policy. They said that was due to the level of the charges and to the safety and security risks which would be associated with such attendance.
