Attorney Advising Anthonys Says Lee May Be Charged

ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. -- Thomas Luka, an attorney advising the Anthony family appeared on CNN's Nancy Grace Monday night and said that he thinks the sheriff's office is getting ready to charge Casey's brother, Lee Anthony.

"There is some concern that some activities that Lee may have been involved with during the investigation might have been seen to law enforcement to be misleading," said Luka.

Casey Anthony update: no family visitors and more from commissary

Orange County jail officials released Casey Anthony's latest commissary order -- a total of $40.48 -- this afternoon.

She ordered various food and hygiene items, including a Speed Stick deodorant ($3.25), three Reese's peanut butter cups ($2.84) and ten chicken instant lunches ($9.00).

This comes a week after she ordered $68.24 worth of items, such as a sketch pad ($1.65) and nine chocolate-chip granola bars ($5.27).

In a phone conversation Tuesday, Casey said he is willing to answer investigators' questions.

Attorney Brad Conway told Kealing, "We've discussed immunity, and I won't put them in a room until I get it."
