Dominic Casey said he took the pictures on November 15, the day the Anthonys were away at a Kidfinders' function. Dominic Casey said, since he didn't find anything, he never mentioned his search to the Anthonys until December 11, which is the day the Orange County meter reader discovered Caylee Anthony's remains.

A judge says there will have to be a hearing before he makes a decision on the latest request from her attorney Jose Baez.

Baez was looking for a special master to sit in on any questioning between investigators and a man he hired to look for Casey's daughter, Caylee, after Casey was first arrested earlier this year

However, the judge said he won't rule on the issue out of court, and there will need to be a hearing.

Belich explained inconsistencies in the two private eyes' stories. One, Jim Hoover, said he was told in November where Caylee's body was hidden, bounty hunter Leonard Padilla told WFTV. (It would have been great to hear from Hoover himself.) Who told Hoover? Private eye Dominic Casey, Padilla said.

On WESH-Channel 2, attorney Brad Conway said his clients George and Cindy Anthony will turn over any evidence, even if it's damaging to daughter Casey's case. Conway told Bob Kealing that law enforcement did not find duct tape in the Anthonys' home. Duct tape was reportedly found on Caylee's skull. "We are expecting many more developments in the coming weeks," Kealing said in ending his report.

The grandparents of slain toddler Caylee Anthony will seek immunity from prosecution.

The lawyer for George and Cindy Anthony said Wednesday that he began laying the groundwork with prosecutors shortly after he took the Anthony’s on as clients.

Also according to Conway, he believes the defense may finish with the toddlers remains by the end of the week. Then he said the family can focus on laying the little girl to rest.

Once the burial is over, Conway believes investigators wil question the Anthony’s again.
