D. Casey has Same Attorney as the Anthonys

maybe so all of them can keep the story the same............

All I kept thinking when seeing the title of the thread..."of course he does." Sheesh!!!

Last night on Greta B.Conway said he is only the Anthonys Lawyer.

At ~ 2:48, Kathi Belich mentions trying to contact B. Conway as the attorney for D. Casey. I imagine this is the same B. Conway who is also the attorney for the As.

Seems like a conflict of interest to me...

And he sat at the table for the motions hearing with Baez. The guy is everywhere. Must be a great lawyer, OR, he likely dabbles extensively in the non-profit organizations like the rest of the sinister crowd surrounding this case does.

I am glad you started this thread...thank you.

I noticed the same thing last week and commented on it on another thread. I can't believe he'd act for DC. To me there is such a blatantly obvious (potential) conflict there.

Could be they're running out of lawyers in Orlando....as everybody has one.

From an article on MSNBC on the 14th...

Casey's lawyer said Monday that his client did not have prior knowledge of where Caylee's body was, nor did the Anthony family. Brad Conway also said Casey was at the scene checking on a previous tip when he got a phone call, and that he was not talking with anyone in the Anthony family.

So...it seems Casey got a new lawyer between that statement and Greta's show last night? I don't get GVS where I am.

In one of Conways interviews he said that DC didn't need a lawyer. Strange.

Actually, GA and CA ought to have separate lawyers as well, there isn't one person involved in this case that should "share" a lawyer. :waitasec:
