In reading the link to the WESH article of 01/26/09 regarding LA facing obstruction charges, there is a direct quote from his attorney which reads:

"He’s struggling with the grief of the death of his niece, he is struggling with the fact that his sister, who he is very close to, is in jail and facing life in prison," Luka said. "He is facing the fact that the economic situation in his house is not the best."

No mention of LA being concerned with the state of mind and hospitalization of his Dad. I find that very odd.
 
What is wrong with this Attorney? He seems to put it out there that Lee is guilty of something. LE has not even contacted him regarding charging Lee for something, why is this attorney making all these accusations that Lee may be charge of aiding and abetting, obstruction of justice and now he also claims evidence tampering.

And last night on Greta: VAN SUSTEREN: What's his relationship like with his sister now?

LUKA: To be quite honest, he has not had any contact with his sister since December. So we do not really know what his relationship is with his sister.

Remember back when Baez wanted to bring his laptop in to the jail and all of the sudden the rules changed, he had filed a motion? Could it be that is the reason the family did not come to see Casey, they were communicating through Baez's computer? Then I recall early on that Lee kept telling Casey to write any information she wanted to pass to the family because everything would be recorded? Hmmmm But, no record of a jail visit...

I think he is trying to force LE's hand.....might not be smart however.

teh, that was what I thought as well. If he is out there running his mouth about a possible arrest or subpoena, maybe he thinks it will make LE act. :bang:
Man, some of these lawyers are really bottom of the barrel.

I actually just think he's not a good lawyer, but his ego doesn't allow him to see that...has no experience...probably did a deal that he'd act pro-bono but be allowed to profit from media etc. I have never seen lawyers behave like any of these guys....they really seem more interested in their own press than looking after their clients' best interests.

IMO all the A's should be charged. I just can't see getting away with lying to LE and obstructing justice to the degree that they have and getting off scott free.

Most people have lied to LE in there lives...No officer I was not speeding....but to do the things the A's have done is mind boggling, to me anyway.

I do not see the point to Luka announcing to the world that LA might be charged though. Maybe he thought that we would be shocked and protest or something.

So far, nothing about this whole case has made sense.:crazy:

The way the parking specialist acted ever since about August, perhaps he has plenty to hide.

None of them seem to care about justice for the one person deserving justice, Caylee.
 
Is this really thread #22000? If so, I am WAAAAYYYYYYY behind on my reading.

...very possible. In addition, possibly providing 'assistance' to PI in finding Caylee's body in November for the future tempering w/evidence. IMO, Lee was over-played the 'brother' responsibility over 'detective' obligations. In another word, he tried to out-smart LE. Wrong move!
 
you know if they are still doing their own "investigations" still.......I say charge 'em all.....

well we had 4 threads yesterday all discussing the exact same thing on them. so just discuss lee if that is what you want to talk about.

If there are any new developments and charges are brought by all means start a new thread. for now it is just more of the same.
