Hopefully, this will turn out to be Brandy Hall who has been missing for over 2 years. I am computer illiterate so if someone could possibly post a story about her I would appreciate it. She went missing in the Palm Bay/Malabar area.

The first person I thought of was Jennefer Keese.But I am very interested how long the remains could have been there.

but do we even know the gender yet? it makes no sense to start guessing without any info on gender, age or race yet.

They just now updated the news story at the link above.

"an older, heavyset white man who was about 6 feet 1 inch tall and had no tattoos. He may have been a smoker."

It will be 4 years this August since she disappeared.

Osceola County Sheriff's detectives need the public's help in locating the vehicle of a homicide victim. Paul C. Cadigan (DOB 11/25/46) has been identified as the victim found on Cypress Creek Ranch Road on February 8, 2009, by Osceola County Sheriff's deputies. The vehicle is a white, 2003 four door Toyota Avalon with a rear spoiler and Florida Coast Guard tag 006VC. Cadigan was reported missing to the Palm Bay Police Department by an acquaintance on February 5, 2009. He was last seen at his residence, 630 Crowberry Road NE in Palm Bay on February 1, 2009.

Cadigan is from Palm Bay and was retired for 13 years as a law enforcement officer from the Hingham Police Department in Massachusetts. He moved to Florida five years ago after serving 30 years with the department. Detectives have not released the cause of death and continue to investigate the incident as a homicide.

Florida Today reported that investigators visited Parker’s home after finding her phone number in Cadigan’s phone records and found a serrated knife in a kitchen sink, three bullet holes in a massage parlor and a fourth hole in another room.
